The Shura Council (Board of Advisors)

The Executive Committee (EC)
The Executive Committee (EC) is the elected council that runs the day to day activities of the GSIC, it is composed of elected members who are voted in every 5 years by the members of the council. The EC is responsible for implementing the policies and decisions of the council and for ensuring that the council’s objectives are met.
The Regional and Municipal Committees are responsible for overseeing the activities of the council at the local level, and for ensuring that the council’s policies and decisions are implemented in their respective regions and municipalities. These committees are appointed by the Elected EC.
Specialised Internal Committees
