Executive Extends Courteous Visit to Ministry of Lands, Regional Government and Religious Affairs
The Gambia Supreme Islamic Council (GSIC) Executive Committee conducted a respectful courtesy call on the Ministry of Lands, Regional Government and Religious Affairs (MoLRGRA), where they met with the newly appointed Minister, Hon. Sheriff Abba Sanyang. The meeting, held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, provided an avenue for the GSIC leadership to offer congratulations on the Minister’s new role and engage in comprehensive discussions concerning pressing societal issues and the council’s forthcoming plans.
Convening at the Minister’s office, the atmosphere was characterized by mutual respect and amiable exchanges. The GSIC Executive took this occasion to extend warm congratulations to Hon. Sheriff Abba Sanyang on his recent appointment, recognizing the Minister’s pivotal role in matters relating to land management, regional governance, and religious affairs.
